Dan and Rob more than earned their 5 star rating. One of the hardest aspects of a home inspection is the physical labor involved—crawling over every inch of a house to inspect all sorts of minutiae. Dan/Rob did that in spades. The house I purchased sits on a 4.5′ tall crawl space over 1700 sq ft. They crawled throughout the space, noting conditions of various components (and spent an hour doing it). They climbed on the roof and inspected the ridge vent, all the flashing, and more for over a half hour. And their report was emailed to me, in full color, and in plain language that was easy to understand. It was very detailed and noted things that were issues now, things that COULD become issues, and more. Professional, prompt, hard working, and knowledgeable—they were the real deal.
